The old villa is a retirement villa built by my father

大家用的图纸基本都是同一套的

Everyone’s drawings are basically the same

就希望可以让我回到他身边来一起经营民宿

I hope I can come back to him to run the homestay together

It probably cost more than 4 million

（爸爸）他说这钱是我借给你开民宿的

(Dad) He said that I lent you this money to open a homestay

děng nǐ huí běn le jì dé bǎ yǎng lǎo qián hái gěi wǒ

等你回本了，记得把养老钱还给我

When you pay back, remember to return the pension money to me

zhè pǐ bái mǎ tā yǎng zài hòu shān de mǎ jiù lǐ de

这匹白马，它养在后山的马厩里的

This white horse is kept in the stables in the back mountain

The entrance is a very ceremonial arch and moat

走过来前面，是无边的透明泳池

Come to the front, there is an endless transparent swimming pool

又是景，又是一个大家可以玩的地方

最喜欢的是顶楼的套房

My favorite is the suite on the top floor

最开始只是一个杂物间

At first it was just a utility room

chuāng dōu méi yǒu de

窗都没有的

No windows

jiā le hěn duō de tiān chuāng

加了很多的天窗

Added a lot of skylights

gōng zhǔ fáng yuán xiān qí shí shì wǒ de fáng jiān

公主房原先其实是我的房间

The princess room was actually my room

chuāng lián zhěng gè shì yī gè yuán hú xíng

窗帘整个是一个圆弧形

The whole curtain is an arc shape

qián miàn zhèng duì zhù shì yǒng chí lìng yī biān kàn chū qù zhèng hǎo shì huā yuán

前面正对著是泳池，另一边看出去正好是花园

The front is facing the swimming pool, and the other side is the garden

疫情这段时间

During the epidemic

We reserved two rooms at the back of our homestay
