The house has a history of 50 years

屋主他们做的是贸易相关工作

The owners do trade-related work

随著儿女长大成家立业

With their children getting married and settling down

At the lower part which is damp because of water flow

所以用比较耐阴的植物

We use shade-tolerant plants

gāo chù shòu yáng guāng bǐ jiào duō

高处受阳光比较多

At the higher part which is more exposed to sun

suǒ yǐ shì bǐ jiào xū yào rì zhào de zhí wù

所以是比较需要日照的植物

Plants in need of a lot of sunshine are grown

zhí wù de fēn bù xíng chéng yī gè hěn yǒu qù de biàn huà

植物的分布形成一个很有趣的变化

The distribution of the plants forms an interesting change
