今天是海南环岛之旅的第五天

Today is the fifth day of the Hainan Island Tour

nà me wǒ men zhè yī zhàn shì lái dào hǎi kǒu qí lóu lǎo jiē

那么我们这一站是来到海口骑楼老街

So our stop is to Haikou Qilou Old Street

qián miàn zhè tiáo lù shì jiào zuò bó ài lù

前面这条路是叫做博爱路

The road ahead is called Boai Road

yě shì hǎi kǒu qí lóu lǎo jiē de zhòng yào de zǔ chéng bù fēn

也是海口骑楼老街的重要的组成部分

It is also an important part of the old arcade street in Haikou

xiàn zài zǒu zhe de zhè tiáo shì jiào zuò zhōng shān lù

现在走着的这条是叫做中山路

The one walking now is called Zhongshan Road

tā de lì shǐ shàng kě yǐ zhuī sù dào qīng cháo de kāng xī nián jiān

它的历史上可以追溯到清朝的康熙年间

Its history can be traced back to the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty

zài nián de shí hòu jiù yǐ jīng yǒu de le

在1662年的时候就已经有的了

Already existed in 1662

zài mín guó nián de shí hòu jìn xíng tuò kuān

在民国13年的时候进行拓宽

Expanded in the 13th year of the Republic of China

nà gè shí hòu yě jiù shì nián

那个时候也就是1924年

At that time it was 1924

zhè biān jiù shì hǎi kǒu fēi yí wén huà zhǎn shì guǎn

这边就是海口非遗文化展示馆

yǒu hěn duō dōu shì mài hǎi nán de tǔ tè chǎn

有很多都是卖海南的土特产

Many of them sell Hainan’s souvenirs

我们现在所看到的这些骑楼建筑群

The arcade buildings we see now

tā de zǒng tǐ zhàn dì miàn jī dà gài shì yǒu wàn píng fāng mǐ

它的总体占地面积大概是有2.5万平方米

Its total area is about 25,000 square meters

qí zhōng bǎo cún dé bǐ jiào wán hǎo de qí lóu jiàn zhù shì yǒu duō zuò

其中保存得比较完好的骑楼建筑是有600多座

Among them, there are more than 600 arcade buildings that are relatively well-preserved

guī mó kě yǐ shuō shì shí fēn de dà

规模可以说是十分的大

The scale can be said to be very large

zài zhè piàn jiàn zhù qún dāng zhōng

在这片建筑群当中

In this building complex

qí zhōng zuì lǎo de nà yī zuò jiàn zhù shì yǒu duō nián de lì shǐ

其中最老的那一座建筑是有700多年的历史

The oldest building is more than 700 years old

dàn shì xiàn zài hái méi yǒu fā xiàn

但是现在还没有发现

But I haven't found it yet

qí lóu de yǔ zhòng bù tóng zhī chù jiù zài yú gài zhè gè lóu fáng de shí hòu

骑楼的与众不同之处就在于盖这个楼房的时候

What makes the arcade unique is that when it was built

huì zài xià fāng liú chū yī bù fēn kōng jiān zuò wèi xíng rén de tōng dào

会在下方留出一部分空间作为行人的通道

Part of the space will be left below as a passage for pedestrians

nà zhè yī bù fēn kōng jiān jiù kě yǐ hěn hǎo de wèi rén men zhē fēng dǎng yǔ

那这一部分空间就可以很好的为人们遮风挡雨

Then this part of the space can be a good shelter for people from wind and rain

xiàng zhè zhǒng qí lóu zài zán men zhōng guó hěn duō dì fāng dōu yǒu

像这种骑楼在咱们中国很多地方都有

Arcades like this are found in many places in China

xiàng zài guǎng dōng fú jiàn guǎng xī zhè yī dài

像在广东 福建 广西这一带

Like in Guangdong, Fujian and Guangxi

dōu yǒu zhè yàng de qí lóu jiàn zhù qún

都有这样的骑楼建筑群

看到有很多在骑楼下方的店铺

I saw a lot of shops under the arcade

dōu shì yī xiē bǐ jiào chuán tǒng de xíng yè

都是一些比较传统的行业

Are some more traditional industries

像这条博爱路它依然是通车的

Like this Boai Road, it is still open to traffic

刚刚的那条中山路就已经改成了步行街

The Zhongshan Road just now has been changed to a pedestrian street

现在是早上的9点多

It's past 9 o'clock in the morning

可以看到今天的天气十分的晴朗

You can see that the weather today is very sunny

The old arcade street full of life in Haikou

像这种骑楼老街它是集合了咱们中国传统的建筑形式

Like this old arcade street, it is a collection of our traditional Chinese architectural forms

yǐ jí dōng nán yà de jiàn zhù fēng gé

以及东南亚的建筑风格

And the architectural style of Southeast Asia

kě yǐ shuō shì zhōng xī hé bì de

可以说是中西合璧的

It can be said to be a combination of Chinese and Western

qí lóu shàng fāng de nà xiē mén chuāng dōu shì shí fēn jiǎng jiū

骑楼上方的那些门窗都是十分讲究

The doors and windows above the arcade are very particular

qí zhōng hái yǒu yī xiē gǒng quàn

其中还有一些拱券

Among them are some arch coupons

zhuāng shì dé shí fēn de hǎo kàn

装饰得十分的好看

Very nicely decorated

xiàng yī xiē jiē dào jiāo chā de dì fāng

像一些街道交叉的地方

Like some places where streets cross

tā men dōu huì yǒu zhè zhǒng pái fāng

他们都会有这种牌坊

They will have this kind of archway

zhè zuò pái fāng shì jiào zuò zhèn lóng fāng

这座牌坊是叫做振龙坊

This archway is called Zhenlongfang

wèi shén me zài zhōng guó yán hǎi dì qū huì yǒu zhè me duō de qí lóu ne

为什么在中国沿海地区会有这么多的骑楼呢

Why are there so many arcades in coastal areas of China?

nà shì yīn wèi zài qīng mò mín chū de nà duàn shí jiān

那是因为在清末民初的那段时间

That’s because in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China

hěn duō rén shì guò zhēn fēi cháng qióng kǔ de shēng huó

很多人是过真非常穷苦的生活

Many people live a really very poor life

nà me hái yǒu yī bù fēn rén jiù shì yóu yú zhàn zhēng děng gè zhǒng yīn sù

那么还有一部分人就是由于战争等各种因素

Then some people are due to various factors such as war

jiù xià nán yáng qù tǎo shēng huó qù móu shēng

就下南洋去讨生活去谋生

I went to Nanyang to ask for a living and make a living

rán hòu zài dōng nán yà nà yī dài zhuàn dào le qián

然后在东南亚那一带赚到了钱

Then I made money in Southeast Asia

jiù huí lái gài fáng zi

就回来盖房子

Just come back to build a house

rán hòu yě bǎ tā men de jiàn zhù fēng gé yě dài huí lái le

然后也把他们的建筑风格也带回来了

And brought back their architectural style

nà me xiàn zài hǎi kǒu qí lóu lǎo jiē yě chéng wèi le

那么现在海口骑楼老街也成为了

So now the old arcade street in Haikou has become

zán men zhōng guó de lì shǐ wén huà míng jiē

咱们中国的历史文化名街

Our famous historical and cultural street in China

nà me zài zhè gè qí lóu jiàn zhù dāng zhōng

那么在这个骑楼建筑当中

So in this arcade building

yòu cún zài zhe hǎo jǐ zhǒng xíng shì

又存在着好几种形式

There are several forms

yǒu wǒ men zhōng guó de chuán tǒng shì

有我们中国的传统式

Have our Chinese traditional style

yě yǒu yà ōu hùn hé de wén yì fù xīng shì

也有亚欧混合的文艺复兴式

There is also a mixed Renaissance style of Asia and Europe

hái yǒu bā luò kè shì

还有巴洛克式

And baroque

yě yǒu hǎi kǒu fēng gé de nán yáng shì

也有海口风格的南洋式

There is also a Haikou style Nanyang style
