黃酒 老酒 花雕
通称"黄酒"。我国名酒之一。它是一种以糯米和小麦为原料，通过酒药及麦曲中不同种类的霉菌﹑酵母等发酵而制成的酿造酒。因原产地为绍兴，故名。
