unequal treaty of 1898 whereby the Qing dynasty ceded the lease of Lüshun (Port Arthur) to Russia
沙俄强迫清政府订立的关于租借旅顺、大连的条约。1898年签订。主要内容为沙俄租借旅顺口、大连湾，租期二十五年，经双方同意可延长；沙俄获得修筑中东铁路支线的特权◇又签订《续订旅大租地条约》，进一步确定沙俄的独占权。中国东北成为沙俄的势力范围。
